just bought this product and after two days of ruining snaps and eyelets, I am definitely taking it back for a refund. I am having a hard time getting the prongs to line up correctly with the sockets. Thus far it has been a waste of money. The picture on the back of the package does not help much. It has been trial and error for me with more errors than successes!

I watched yours since I have the same pliers. It would help tremendously if you would talk instead of the music. I cannot get the snaps to stay in the pliers. Wish you would explain how you do.....no music. Not helpful.

This video helps, but the tool itself is very confusing. Nothing is labeled and it is a pain to try to figure out which piece fits on which holder. Also, the snaps do not hold very well. I returned mine for a better brand.
