Absolutely, lots of great options. The US Whitewater Center is a must...they have live music "River Jam" on Thursdays throughout the summer, we have 2 awesome lakes (Lake Wylie and Lake Norman) for boating, fishing, or just grabbing a meal at a restaurant on the lake, Cramers Mountain is an awesome hike with a beautiful summit, The Bowl in Ballantyne also has live music and a lot to do, the downtown areas of Matthews and Belmont always seem to have something going on, Anne Springs Greenway in Fort Mill has a lot of fun things to do, SouthEnd has a few breweries and some great restaurants, I have another video on this channel with my top 5 parks in Charlotte, and if they're into sports a Charlotte Knights baseball or Charlotte FC soccer game are a ton of fun!

Seize the moment doesnt really work when you have a friend who houses you for free and then just asks you to chip in for rent lol. Thats like an absurdly fortunate situation to be in. I think most folks would move if they could go somewhere and live rent free for a bit while figuring shit out.

As a native Rochesterisn in Charlotte since 1999 it’s a great fit. Rochester used to have a storied reputation in banking and finance, even bailing out some NYC banks 🏦 way back in the day.

Plus, they are usually unaware that the association can raise the fee and the owners of the unit have nothing to say about it and have no recourse.

Lately we have Been getting rain nonstop. It is crazy bc we never get rain and this summer has just been getting rain for the past two months has been only rain pretty much and we it’s been raining every night I don’t think you’re in last night though!But it’s crazy!
