Wait? Didn’t they say clowns were allowed to be identified by their masks as their faces and not remove the masks? I don’t know if it’s a law, but I’ve heard other officers say that they could choose the mask as their face and be ID’d by the mask and it doesn’t count as “a disguise” but their actual identity.
