Two tips: when you're chasing the ball down, have the racquet in the ready position and run at the same time vs run and then prepare. Two, get more sideways, get that left hand up higher and reach higher on that overhead.

Great playing man! Don't be afraid of coming to the net! It's not everything, but is definitely important when playing a good player like that (or, anyone really). Also think about adding the score. Great video

awesome that you got this footage. im sure other pro practice sliding on courts but i have only seen alcaraz and medvedev actually practice the slide.

Soo Fed had 5-4, but Novak turned it around and won in straight 3 sets. The talk was Fed had some mono ilness. It was more like an excuse, rather than Novak outplayed him. I dont know about his mono. When Soderling got it, he had to quit career, was not able to play to his standard. Fed poisoned with food, and got mono in dec 2007. In 2008 AO, he didnt look slow against Novak...as it was prove later, that Novak overall is better player. In 2007 Canada Masters, Fed was healthy and lost as well,before any ilness. Some people still talk Fed lost in 2008 because mono. I dont believe that.
