Thank you! Do you have a video on how to escape the arm in north south and also the darce? I also have a problem with usual north south if the bottom guy starts to press with both hands on my throat. Maybe you have a solution for that.

I attack triangles a lot, could you possibly use this as a backup plan for if they get your triangle leg on the other side of their head?

Man, that intro was DOPE! I wish I can make that full contact like you do with your hooks, specially in transitions. Currently blue belt at SP, Brazil. Congrats for the nice video!

What is the defense for this? I’ve been seeing a lot of people playing this butterfly ashi with the leg across the hip variation

I just watched your roll with Zuka. I really enjoyed it and would consider it the "ideal roll". I will share the video with my friends. I have an answer for questions in the comments: "So, I'm trying to film during some of my classes at Frontline Academy Bergen." My opinion is do whatever is easiest and works best for your personal journey. I dont think many viewer realize how incredibly time consuming videos are to make. So my vote is fun and easy to do :) I have seen others lose interest in making videos because they try to make it too entertaining and good. It makes lots of stress then they quit. Have a wonderful day!

So instead of using de la riva to drop him back and to the side for a bolo. You pull him forward and he stacks over you, I like it. I will drill this ✊🏽

Islam Makhachev did it with Dustin that lead to submission. He know Dustin don't expect it! Dustin must be just expecting normal shoot the single or double leg.. . In his fight with Charles Olivera, he don't get the take down from shoot single or double leg, but he get take down from some judo throw from cline.

It's way harder to stay on someone's back when they stand than people think. you have to maintain the chest connection like your life depends on it, and the Suleov Stretch isn't super easy to get to
@qtip1926

Arguably, you don't really need to slam. . . If you can maintain base and posture you can just schuck them off like the guy did. . . That said, I don't think a 'slam' is necessarily the bad thing. . . It's lack of control. . . I've stood up with people on my back, and then they try to power half and crank my neck almost slamming me into the mat. . . That was just as if not more dirty (because it was an escelation)
