I had a fully extended tummy tuck. Do you have any information on swelling of the mons (fupa). What is normal, how long should swelling persist and what can one do to reduce swelling. When should I consider lipo in that area or is it something that should've been discussed before surgery or is it part of corrective surgery?

hi i did a tummy tuck surgery i am 8 weeks in recovery but i still is swollen and still got a belly question am i supposed still have a fupa after surgery my stomach is still stiff at times and i am a little hard does this means the surgeon did not do a good job because i still got a fupa stomach

Can you get bbl results looking like a chicken butt? Because I think it happened to me. My before picture doesn’t have chicken butt… needless to say I plan on having it fix within a couple of months.

I have seen the Chicken Butt be subtle, and not noticed by the surgeon or the patient, and then when a standard BBL is done it looks worse and then everyone notices it! It must be diagnosed before surgery to prevent it from being made worse during a BBL. There are different places to inject with a chicken butt compared a regular shape to the buttock. In this way it is created by a BBL.

You are not alone. There were so many BBLs done a few years ago that everyone was doing them and a lot of fat was placed very high up in the butt.

great tips doc!! will plastic surgery eventually become less traumatic on the body, i.e. thinner better gear/needles and what not and also no scars? it's fantastic that things like laser HD sculpting exists it's just the traumatic aspect that kind of veers people off... oh that and the 10-15K USD price tag :D

Chicken Butt is pretty common and it is not always super obvious but if you are aware of it and are on the look out than it becomes much easier to spot. It is important to notice it because if fat is grafted into the lower middle are of someone with chicken butt it can make it worse. I have seen that A LOT over the years and it really can't be fixed if that happens.

I'm looking for... Liposuction 360 and then also liposuction on arms and thighs, with the breast lift possible back left and no BBL because my butt is already nice size and beautiful...... So my question is if I get all that done and no BBL can I still wear the OG suit ? .. also with the OG suit, instead of having it altered as I shrink can't I just buy a size medium and a size small, and where the smaller size as I shrink ?

I was wondering how risky it is for overweight patients. i know it can cause more complications but should i really worry about the idea of not waking up? i also have really bad anxiety so i’m extremely scared for my operation. i’m only getting general anesthesia for about an hour and a half to get my wisdom teeth removed.

May 22nd, 2024, I went under general anesthesia. I had several kidney stones in my left kidney, & several in my bladder! Surgery was about 45 minutes to an hour. They blasted all the stones, and put a stent in my left kidney. I awoke in the recovery room, felt no discomfort at all. Was not sick, felt refreshed. At first I thought they didn’t even do anything. 😅 I was surprised I wasn’t even sore in my nether region. For the next two months, I passed kidney stone granules. No discomfort! Easiest surgery I’ve ever had, and I’ve been through many. 3 back surgeries, one hip replacement, emergency colon surgery, after my colon ruptured. I barely survived the colon surgery. Had a wonderful & caring trauma surgeon. The anesthesiologists were great also. I’m doing great now! ❤

Hi doctor I just got a bbl four days ago it’s WAY too big. I keep crying. I can’t sleep or eat. I know some of it goes away as I have had bbl before however this is HUMONGOUS. I know most of it stays after 6 week mark if I lose drastic weight and liquid diet for the next few weeks will this help kill a lot of the new cells? Please help me!!!
