It did in my case there was extensive wiring inspection for rodent damage and checking pn voltages.

I'm having this same issue with My 2005 Hino 268. Where were you able to find the used ECM ?

Finding an used ecm wasn't a problem they are available on ebay and wrecking yards. The problem is typically with who is doing the programming, if they are willing to do it. Check your fuses and wiring in the box under the drivers side under the cab near the fuel filter.

Casey Ames i did have any cycling issues keeping the gas port clean went a long way. only the Remington mag extension is the only mod really able to do.

only in the 50 rounds had a couple problems. after the firts clean and lube never had an issue after.

no it doesn't cycle the low brass bird shot very well. Shell casings get stuck in the receiver. High brass is best

What was the mount adaptor that you used to put the sight on? Also did you install the magazine tube extender yet? If so please send links. I also have a Silver Eagle 12 Tactical.

Al Saraa i had put about a 1000 rounds through it . very reliable but i have since upgraded to a mossberg 930jm pro 24" with 9+1 capacity.
