Days of hydrogen are gone for the mainstream!
@docdissentКүн бұрын
If anyone spends time watching this it's their own fault, this is bound to be complete and utter rubbish. H2 stations are closing, H2 bus pilots are shut down, even Japan's Toyota influenced government has cut massive subsidies for stations. H2 for transport is never going to happen.

How about a large hydrogen - filled balloon - like vehicle to silently transport large numbers of passengers, even across the ocean. Truly compelling.
@Fairburne692 күн бұрын
The problem with hydrogen technology at this time is electrolysis is too slow for mass production. There are other ways to produce it faster but at this time it isn't green. I do think hydrogen can supplement EV's. To me solar electric might be the best alternative. As battery and solar tech continue to improve the better it will be.

Everyone knows it is part of the 0.0001% Agenda xxxx, ruthless economic discipline. The ultrarich hereditary banking houses have figured out their way to survive and it is all out war on the middle and working classes, who they can now attack with full force knowing they have AI, algos, robots and cheap imported/offshored labour, and plenty of upper middle class bourgeois collaborators to bribe to help liquidate their own home nations. It's incredible anyone actually falls for it all. Pure lying tyranny that we're all familiar with under plutocracy/political modernity.

If this can be shown to endure what they ate saying then I'll actually give ev a chance, the value of a ev car now is practically nothing bc of the battery replacement problem but if that can be fixed them everything can change tho I would imagine the purchase of the vehicle could be higher but it would be worth it

nothing new with that. my 12 old EV battery is rated for 17 years in my climate in hotter climates 12 years before the battery drops to 80% . it still gets its maximum range when the temperature is above 18C. if the battery gets 1,000,000 miles then for the average driver that is 91 years of driving as the average driver drives 30 miles per day. the problem is the electronic side and failure of relay , ICs , capacitors ( capacitor have limited life cycles) and other circuitry they will die long before the battery itself fails

@boxsterbenz40597 күн бұрын
the first part of this video is absolute garbage. the reason that manufacturers are investing billions (and losing billions in the process) is because of federally mandated regulations. either they lose billions on this or they pay billions in penalties/buying "credits". as for those that buy this stuff, it's the wealthy virtue signalers taking all of the rebates and then some while the poor schmucks that actually make the EV cannot afford them. nor can the vast majority of consumers. total horseSHHHit.

Just love all these legacy auto makers getting their undies in a wad because it costs them too much to produce an EV. The reason those undies are wound so tight is that they realize that the production processes they have used for the last bazillion years are rapidly becoming obsolete and taking their companies down with them. Ford, GM, and Stellantis lose a bunch of money on each EV produced while the likes of Tesla make a healthy margin on every EV produced (and are sitting on about $25 billion in cash). That's all you need to know about these legacy guys. Their companies are dead men walking unless they can rapidly pivot and reinvent who they are and how they need to do business in order to become competitive. I'll not be surprised that, by 2030-ish, a couple of the Big 3 will be no more. GM has lost half their market share in the last 20 years and Ford about the same. They are both shuttering factories overseas because they no longer make forward-looking products and are being out-competed by those companies that do. Do what Warren Buffett recently did.....dump every share of GM stock.

His six-passenger vehicle capable of a top speed of 14 miles per hour was little more than an electrified wagon, but it helped spark interest in Electric vehicles. Surprisingly, Clara Ford wife of Henry Ford drove an Electric car instead of a Ford Model T. Early electrics were often marketed to women because of the cars' cleanliness and ease of operation.
