We are a global community of DIY automatic salad bar enthusiasts. We're not just out to make a cool salad bar. We want to make fresh food available on-tap everywhere, and we want farming to be hi-tech and space-saving for all to have abundant produce. We want machines that work well for all applications, from home use to commercial use, from stationary to portable, from horizontal configurations to vertical, and from smaller units to massive. We want to cover the world with health, and we want to unify together to make this an affordable and manageable possibility for anyone. We want every person to be able to produce parts very cheaply and then assemble them together with confidence that the plans and designs have been pioneered and tested by many others.

Restaurants might think of several ways this could help them. Workers will want these in their break rooms as vending machines of fresher foods. Automated and sanitary buffets will have many uses.
