That's a great question, and a legitimate concern. Operating in a saturated market is a double edge sword. For one, you have a ton of demand (otherwise those other companies wouldn't be there). On the other hand, you have to compete harder and work on really differentiating your company. But fear not! Grow your inventory responsibly with demand, take some calculated risks (showroom samples are a good way to get a feel), and try to be better than the competition. You've got this.
