Just stumbled on this, wouldnt it be better to empty both rad and bottle, then fill with distilled water and start the engine to let the water through the system, then flush it ?

Yes you can do this ,as well,but since the bike it's almost new,i didnt't do that. Anyway,nothing bad will happen if some ml of coolant will be mixed with the new one. The ideea is to change it periodicaly(maximum 3 years)

Thanks for the video mate. Correct me if i am wrong.. 1. You removed all the spark plugs and the connecting wires.(Do we need to clean the spark plug section with an anti corrosion cleaner before installing new ones?) 2. You replaced the induction coil/transformer with new one. Can you provide the link for the wires and the induction coil that you have replaced that would be helpful.

@akshsaraf9773 You are welcome 1.Yes,use some cleaner 2.The coil was the problem in my case The code is 48010 for the ignition coil In almost all the cases,this is the fault problem Good luck!

@@2WheelsRoadTraveler Well after scanning I've got Engine misfire (cylinder 2) code displaying. I am thinking of replacing the Ignition Coil , Spark Plugs as well as the HT cables.(I am thinking of NGK's IZFR6P7 Iridium plugs as well as the Same brand Ignition coil.) Can you provide the part number or any refrence of the NGK Ignition coil and the HT cables so that I can find it in my country. Thanks !

Hi. Yes,2 layers. Let it dry for 3 4 hours and after that proceed to the second layer. Don't mix all the paint from the first time,because it will not last for the second layer. Just mix half for the first coat and the other half for the second coat. Good luck!

VCDS. It;s the most accurate one and i recommed it. you can find a clone for arounde 50$ on the internet.

good video. I have a doubt: after the second flush, the engine block has distilled water on it, so once you pour the coolant, it will mix with the distilled water itself, so you will never have 100% coolant in the system, right? the only way to achieve so would be doing the flushes with coolant instead of distilled water...

Hi. Yes,you are right. Doing this thing one at 2-3 years it will be ok. In order to remove all the old coolant,you can use some comprimated air .
