Awesome! Also note that once you register for an account that the login page url is sent to your email that you register with.. then after you don't have to go to your library to open the app, just use the login page in your email.

Our library has Overdrive which does the same thing. I was wondering if google cloud library could be used as a book storage accessible via my google voice assistant so that I could use it hands free while in a room. My Samsung is always running battery low and this would be a faster method.

Due to the DRM involved. CloudLibrary books can only be accessed through their app or website, not transferred to Google. Hoopla, another service we subscribe to, has an Alexa Skill and may be available for Google Assistant too--Hoopla is steadily adding devices to the list of ones they are compatible with.

I received an email from Hoopladigital that says that I have 4 Flex titles available- use before the end of the month. When I try to borrow in Hoopladigital it says that I have reached my limit for the month. What are Flex and how to I access them?

The monthly limit on Hoopla applies to Instant Checkouts. Some Hoopla subscriptions also provide a selection of materials as Flex titles, which are limited by number of items checked out at once instead of number of items checked out per month. Meaning you can check out your 4 Flex titles, read them, return them, and check out 4 more Flex title all in one month. The Flex option doesn't apply to every item in Hoopla's catalog, so you will have to locate the Flex collection on the site/app to find titles you can still check out. We don't use Flex titles with Hoopla here at the Mobile Public Library, so I'm not sure how to filter your search results. There should be an option for Flex titles on Browse.
