THATS the correct techniques as taught by our senseis toru and suzuki ,however ,today wado ryu is flawed and has no technical value ,due to british senseis who learnt from amateur black belts or associations use wado ryu as an income for mediocre teachers . many Dojo use a wrong technique to PRACTICE mawashi geri , of course many senseis have hips replacement after many yrs doing it wrong . much more to do in the UK for wado if its not dead already .

Great to see so many women training in karate two young ladies wearing karate black belts, I cannot believe the third lady in a red belt is not a dan grade, she is equal to the other lady karateka, all of which demonstrate their kihons with power, focus, strong stance, discipline, lightning speed, karate teaches us ladies lethal techniques to be used for self defence probably against a male attacker foolish enough to dare attack us girls ! all women should take up karate, don’t you agree ? more womens karate training videos please, us female karateka would really appreciate it, thank you oss

On 1:40 a beautiful young lady wearing a brown belt, hopefully she will become a karate black belt and Sensei teaching other women self defence techniques using her amazing and lethal karate skills, probably to used against a male attacker !

...my brother wants to take up karate and is so inthralled with women training in karate he wants to attend this dojo, I think he fancies his chances with a woman karate black belt, he is single at the moment lol, I offered to teach him karate, but is a little embarrassed to be taught karate by his younger sister ! men what are they like lol oss
