Never talk to the police without a lawyer tell them to get out of your apartment. They don’t have a search warrant and hold the camera still and focus on the officers in your next encounter because they will be back.

Record the landlady , by law in Canada she cannot enter a rental place without 24 hours written notice and she has to have legal business to enter , not just to bother her tenants or snoop around ! Peace

That is an illegal entry and unlawful search by those cops ! They need a warrant to enter or given verbal consent ! A call from a landlord does not give them lawful entry ! File complaints and file a charter rights suit against them ! In my opinion that is an armed home invasion they should be charged with ! The cop is lying on camera , in Canada you do not have to ID unless you are suspected in a crime or suspected of involvement of a crime or stopped whaen driving a car , she is violating your rights ; Right to be secure against unreasonable search and seizure The Charter protects everyone’s reasonable expectation to privacy. This means that no one can search you, take away your personal belongings or access your personal information without clear legal reasons. Authorities acting on behalf of the government, such as the police, must carry out their duties in a fair and reasonable way. For example, they cannot enter private property or take things without good reason. Police are required to get a warrant from a judge before searching someone’s home.

What I cannot comprehend why those deserted Ukrainian military conscripts, who illegally left Ukraine because they don't wanna defend the Fatherland from Russian invasion, post their vlogs on social media how they got out of Ukraine and enjoy "refugee" life in Canada or elsewhere taking into account that local people don't know that Ukraine regarding those Ukrainian deserters are traitors and defectors

As a Ukrainian, I wanna warn Canadians about false Ukrainian "refugees". Currently, there is the martial law in Ukraine, which legally prohibits all Ukrainian men, and some women, with few exceptions (like disabled people or parents of three or more children), in the military conscript age of 18-60 years old to leave Ukraine. All those who illegally left Ukraine, via bribing Ukrainian border security or with fraudulent exception documents, are subject to prosecution by Ukraine which can lead up to few years in jail

In Ukraine, it is illegal business to get Ukrainian men, age 18-60 military conscript, to cross illegally, or with bribes or fraudulent documents, Ukrainian borders with Poland, Romania, and Hungary. The runaways pay about $5,000-15,000 USD per person to get abroad to avoid being conscripted into the Ukrainian Army. This is unjust to those poor Ukrainians, who defend Ukraine from Russian aggression because they don't have money to bribe Ukrainian officials to get abroad and to sent an apartment in Canada that a Canadian cannot afford. Those runaways are criminals because they illegally left Ukrainian during the martial law which legally prohibits Ukrainian men, 18-60 years old to leave Ukraine
