Nice and strong body but There is mising energy by coxal rotation. Here is only energy by walk and human weight.

Are those the rebreakable boreds they give to little kids when they are learning? They were pretty clean breaks. Hmm. I mean, they all broke right on the blue tape.

Problem with the rest is the utilization of weight.....it isn't meant be done solely with strength...position you arm so it's below your body so all the weight is focused on that one point ....keep your balance slack so you can feel your body weight as you swing...thrust up with your feet and sequentially tighten your muscles as of using a whip as you come down with your arm angled and ready to tense up on impact....do not use your feet to catch your self until you have planted all that built up force into the slabs (so you don't accidentally reduce the force)

The second and third guy you can see that they're putting all their prep into rotating their shoulder up and down to try and slap their elbow onto the top of the slabs. The First guy tho, he locks his entire back in place and rotates his body at the hips, using both his shoulder and back muscles to just drive his entire body weight through them. He and the second guy also hit them straight down perfectly down the middle, the problem with the third guy is he went for a running start and hit diagonally, if he went straight up and down it her might've been able to get through it if he hadn't just let gravity pull him down like a whale falling out an airliner or something, seemed more bark to me but idk in another world he did a few more im sure.

If this makes you feel like a man then do it I guess. Quite comical to be honest, like someone is going to wait in real life. Yup, I understand n even trained alot, belts n breaking mean nothing if you can't perform real life. I made a lot of BBs question their belts. But they ALL were BBs at 2 years. Breaking boards n cement blocks at desired hieghts proves very little imho. I'll be nice n leave it there.
