How much is the VIP area? Are there fees for the umbrellas around the other chairs? How much would you tip the rickshaw drivers?

We tipped the rickshaw guys $5 per person. The pricing for all the rentals is at the end of this video. It's very affordable. Just make sure you get there quickly to get the best spots.

Nice the glass doors in the bathrooms.. I wish they would refurbish all of their cruise ships to having those.. the curtain is horrible.

Completely agree. All of the excel class ships have these now. (Mardi gras, celebration and jubilee) Also carnival has 2 more excel class ships on order to be delivered in 2027 and 2028

We always get a balcony. The only thing we didn't like about this cabin is that the bed was near the door and not next to the balcony

As long as the captain tolerates people turning up late it will continue to happen , if the ship pulled its gangplank in at one minute past the deadline at its first port of call , there would never be a problem at every port after that , they make a rod for their own backs by waiting

This was a lot worse than it looks. Radio was going off for small craft warning and waterspouts as we were on the way back in about 5 miles offshore
