Thanks for the great advise. Its scary to date again after a toxic relationship, one of my fears was what if the new person Im dating is just as toxic as the last. Fear of attracting the same kind of person

@@lizellesophievanwyk2877 I know what you are saying but there’s a solution to this too. During the initial stages you will come to know whether the other person is like your toxic ex or is he actually a good person. You have to read him well, analyse him well and then take the decision of continuing the relationship with him. Also you have to let go of the fear, be cautious but at the same time open up a bit if he is a “nice” person
