Good question Alex, so as I understand there are two definitions of Woke. The original Woke where people are Awake to societal prejudices, and the second is a pejorative term for people that have taken those views to the extreme. I think.

​@@There_Will_Be_Bond Interesting, that's the best definition so far that I've heard. The Buddhist term, of which I think it's derived from, is never used in the past tense, as in "woke", I woke up and it's done. The Buddha (Siddhartha Gautama) would use the term "I am awake" to try and convey that it is an ever present condition and one is always in a process of awakening. To say one is woke sounds a bit arrogant, whether one is saying that in a positive or pejorative way. Either way, it's a bit of a misinterpretation. Also, from a buddhist perspective, one would never say it as a pejorative.

Thank you sir. The collage was a labour of love, originally I cut all the photos out and cellotaped it to the wall in a scrapbook manner, but loooked god awful. So had to plan it out and print it on a big sheet. The main planning was to have them arranged so they could go around plug sockets and awkward lines etc

Haha Part of me wishes I was a style person. But I can't tie a bow tie, I only know one tie knot, and I answer the front door in my pajamas. One rule I do adhere to though, never go out in flip flops. You can't throw a punch in flip flops. Not that I look to throw punches, but as Dalton would say, expect the unexpected.

@@There_Will_Be_Bond I can't tie a bow tie either, and I walk the dog in PJ pants... I don't wear flip flops, but you can throw a punch in anything if you need to. and you can kick the flip flop at your attacker ;). Either way, I still think of you as someone I've been learning from about style for years :)

it probably does deserve a wash to be fair, although to quote Vivien fromm The Young Ones when referring to cleaning the communal toilet, I can't clean it, it will lose all its culture 🙂
