@anonimowy_lool3407 There are 2 modded files in the download, try both of them with your ps3 save file and see which one works. They both should if done correctly. If it still doesn't work try making a new save file on your ps3

All the files will be in that file you downloaded. Just make sure you get your own save game file from your ps3 with a USB stick

2 of those are the modded saves, one is simple mods, the other is the advanced. The 3rd folder is the game resigner application that I used in the video. All 3 of said files are in the download link in the description

You can use either the BLUS or the BLES file. One is easy mod controls and one is advanced mod controls

Idk why but there is an error that’s preventing me from extracting a “ZORK.DAT” file into the save data, and the zork file is part of the modded BLUS file so idk what to do

I'm not sure what this error means to be honest, are there any other details about the error? Maybe try closing the program and trying again or redownloading the files/saved data

Hey Alec, 7 years later Ive decided to try this. I have done exactly everything you have done. But after copying the file from the usb to the ps3 nothing happens. It says copy completed and after entering the game, the mods are not there.

Sorry to see it's giving you trouble. Only thing I can think is to make sure you aren't using the original saved data and that the new, modded one is the one you're copying over. Also make sure you got no errors when resigning your save. I wish I could go back and re-record the audio now that I'd be better at explaining

Extract all of the files that are listed in the download. It's the Game Save Resigner which is just the program, then the BLUS and BLES folders. Those 2 are the modded saves that you need for this to work

Yepp! Still works as no updates have been made to the game. I wish I still had a ps3 to mess around with this again. It's lots of fun and only works offline

This mod works perfectly in 2021 (Todays date is 01-07-2021). I just finished installing it, I had a few issues but I will explain how to fix or avoid them. First off, AlecKeaneDUB explained everything perfectly in his video, just follow step by step. His mega file download in the Description section works great and so does the WINRAR link. First issue was on my end, it was my virus protection on my computer. My computer would download the mega file but get corrupted by my Virus Protection. I switched to a different computer with no VP program, but you can always opt to trust the website or disable your VP but do these at your own risk. I downloaded WINRAR from the provided link as well, I chose the first option on the list. I had no issues with the WINRAR program. Although it is a free trial version and asks you to purchase the premium version, just say no to this and it will still work properly. Onto the second issue, after I copied my newly moded SAVEDATA to my PS3 and started the game, it would present me with a warning just before reaching the main game menu. The warning stated that I was attempting to use another players data and was not aloud to do so, it would prompt me to either delete the SAVEDATA or quit game. My solution was simple enough but will be tricky to explain. Solution: While using the PS3 Save Reisinger, I had to manually edit the moded SAVEDATAs Account ID and User ID in the Save Reisinger tab/section to match my original personal SAVEDATAs Account ID and User ID in the Customized Profile Settings tab. This aloud my game to load my freshly edited mod SAVEDATA with no issues. I hope this helps, leave a comment if you need further assistance.
