Craziest is how swollen that little sausage to me is, ha! Also, how the ball of the foot seems to be the most swollen of the other parts of the foot. I’m guessing it’s from the way I smashed the foot between my foot peg and rock, but who really knows.

If you're in recovery or choose to quit drinking alcohol, you don't need to spend all that money on these NA beverages. Just let the whole thing go. You can always drink sparkling water, tonic water, natural juices or even ginger beer. Why drink something that mimicks the poison you got away from? I'm about 6 months alcohol free and have no alcohol cravings. I've recently tried a NA beer to see what all the hype was about. I didn't like the feeling and realize that I don't really care for the taste of beer. I only tolerated because of the buzz.

Correct in my case. Not all winging is caused by nerve injury though. Sometimes it can be minor imbalances that arise from different muscle groups, and the body just tries to compensate.

I did have Long Thoracic Decompression Surgery. Did it help? No. Why? Because my muscle didn’t have enough communication and blood flow, so part of it has atrophied. I would ask your doctor the hard questions about how much he thinks this surgery could work. My doctor was very honest that chances were low since it had been so long from the actual accident/damage.
