If OCBC considered presenting these 2 in public media, then I can definitely understand how this bank works. You really found the worst people to represent project management and business analysis in OCBC. All banks "Money Lock" features are not smart enough. The main objective of money lock should be designed to prevent transfer out of funds ONLY, so the account should continue to allow transfer of money in, recurrence bill setup and Giro setup before "Money Lock" activated should continue to work as per normal.

Hi OCBC, I didn't managed to login to my phone mobile app and resetting the PIN require me to use my mobile app to reset. This is so unfriendly. Calling the customer hotline also take ages. Please improve.
