@@vincentjohnrivera5906 for sound and feel they’re very similar. I think for me it comes down to the visual aesthetic. I love both. If I wanted a more minimalist design on my desk I’ll rock the SixtyFive. If I want a more bold and unique board I’ll be reaching for the Encore.

Nice video, beautiful board and great choice on the keycaps. But you used foam making it sound like any other keyboard with foam. That is not how you judge the sound of an expensive custom keyboard.

Plate foam mostly tames the switch sound. I didn’t use case or pcb foam, both of which would affect the keyboard sound. I chose not to use those to avoid changing the sound of the keyboard cases character.

The switches are actually unique. They're similar in size to other low profile switches, but they have a 3.4mm max travel distance, AND they fit in normal boards. I'm really curious to see what Gateron and NuPhy are going to release in the near future.

The first low profile keyboard that actually feels like a luxury product. Too bad about the layout- too many different lines and gap sizes. F13 Tsangan TKL (or something like a Mode Sonnet layout) and I’d get one for the office.

Been very impressed with Nuphy the past year... I have a GEM80, Air75 v2 and Halo75 v2. While I'm not a fan of low profile keyboards anymore (had gotten the Air for one of my sons who didn't want it) I really want this one and may have to pick it up... it just looks and sound so amazing for a LP board!

Yeah, especially for the price. Check out the Iqunix Magi65 that just released. It's like a combination of the best parts of the LoFree Flow and Nuphy Air75, and it's reasonable.

I would like these designs to affect the top and sides of the keyboard more, I never get to the see the underside of the keyboard so it's basically useless to have such an intricate design if you actually want to use the board.

I think if you're going to adjust ratings by price you should do both. That way we have a more widely comparable rating that isn't skewed as well as one that accounts for value,

I can’t remember( saying at this price point it's a 10, but if it was 500 dollars it would be an 8, and i'm saying maybe if you're going to rank things rank them agnostic of value and give it an 8, but also mention that for the price you would consider it a 10, or osmething like that

Hello, thank you for the video about the cycle 8. I want to buy myself my first mechanical keyboard and am still unsure between the bridge75 (which i could get for 155€) and the cycle 8 (350-400€ everything included). Do you think its worth to pay double the price or should I stick to the Bridge? I am not gaming at all, but am working from home and typing quite a lot, also interested in learning to mod the keyboard, kind regards :)

I'm also between those two. Watched all the videos and I think it might not be possible to obtain the sound of bridge75 from cycle8. Cycle8 sounds so thin and clacky in every video. On the other hand, I want to change the keycaps on the bridge75, maybe the switches too. And then the price difference comes down to 50 eur. The build quality of cycle8 is much better and I think worth the cost difference, but I need some proof that this keyboard can sound thick. If not, then I will go with bridge75.

@@renz1663 I would give them both high grades. I think both are great options. I like the overall aesthetic of the Cycle more but the sound of the TB8 slightly more. I think the typing feel is pretty similar!
