Maybe so, but try telling the downside to Camiguin as well. Ultra slow to NO internet. Electrical blackouts several times a month sometimes per week. Tourist prices! Food costs higher than other places in the Philippines. Transportation sucks. etc. Full on corruption.

This festival is so beautiful. But I think Black folks might find it offensive though. I mean, I went to watch 2 stan twitter videos of Chunsa and Awra impersonating Rihanna and Nicki Minaj on the show, Your Face Sounds Familiar. But, apparently, some people of Black descent found them and reinforced the idea that it was blackface and, therefore, racist.
