That thing started really well, you might want to consider hooking up that clutch safety switch. If something happens and it takes off on you i will be the first to say " I told you so" 😅😅

I've since sold the bike. Was great for what it was but when it came down to it, it was still an overweight lower powered dual sport that could do ok off road. I got bored of it. I didn't want to dump another 1500 or so into it for the suspension upgrades. I'm going to be picking up a KTM 500 EXC some time this year.

Indoor (I suppose you are) the sounds are different. Of course a genuine Yosh has a different sound but yours sounds OK for me (for a quarter of the price of a real one). Try (or remove) a DB killer, sound may improve.

you're not starting it properly. The right way is to pull until you feel compression, then push down the release, then pull. That will make starting was easier.
