You can but one side might not be enough weight. You would need a piece to connect the two sides.

I wonder if I can add longer arms to my goat arm to do pressing movements, at least 34inches to get better range of motion? Thinking about getting another one. It looks like I could since I just need to remove the bolt in the center of the brackets. I like the goat better due to the brackets and also the fact that they are easy to remove.

Thanks for the review. How is the resistance level? Is it enough intensity to develop your traps delt muscles by rowing? Can you tune the resistance? Or it increases exponentially with fan speed? ( I ask as I have a Eco ROGUE bike V2 and that's the case)

Can anyone please confirm/deny whether or not this would fit Rogue SML-2 Monster Lite rack? It has 3x3" uprights with 5/8" holes that are spaced ~1-5/16" apart. Sounds like it should, but there are a couple of opposite comments below. Thank you in advance!

This video opened my eyes to the advantages of these 12 sided urethane plates that I hadn't considered previously. Question: Did you consider or compare Hammer Strength's 12 sided urethane plates before purchasing from Rogue, and if so, what drove you to Rogue? The HS plates are more expensive but they are sourced and made in the USA, unlike the Rogue 12 sided urethane plates. That may not have factored into your decision but I do like to buy Made in the USA when possible, even if that means paying a little more. Thanks.

I have not tried the HS plates. I went with Rogue just because I like the company’s product. I still own and use these everyday.

@johntaylor52885 ай бұрын
Thank you for the video. Two questions if you don't mind: Would you consider it to be difficult to disassemble and move from a basement gym to a new location if at some point you were going to sell your house and move? Second question: I have a lat machine with low pulley but would not have room to keep the lat machine if I got this. Would this be something you could see yourself depending on for pulldowns and low pulley rows even though it isn't set up for pulldowns or low pulley rows with a seat or foot brace?
@azuwhr5 ай бұрын
So for the move I would not want to have to do that but yes I don’t think it would be to hard. As for the lat pull low row. I would say if I had to pick out of the two I would go with the cross over machine. You can do lat pulls and low row with it. The lat pulls won’t be perfect but you can do them. There is so much more that you can do with this machine that I would make it the priority over the two. Thanks for watching.

nice review, I think I'm convinced now, I was between this model and their FT-5000 2.0. I love doing horizontal cable presses using a bench and I tend to like narrow distances between the trollies so you don't have to overly converge on your presses and don't weird shoulder forces. How many inches was it from trolley to trolley? Do you think the extra weight upgrade would be beneficial if you like performing 2-arm rows and pulldowns using a lat bar?
@azuwhr5 ай бұрын
I would say if you need it for rows and lat pulls you might want extra weight if you lift heavy. I feel like the weight is plenty. I’ll have to get back to you any other question. Thanks for watching.

Thank you for taking the time to make this very informative review. Do you have any issues getting full range of motion on triceps pushdowns, and would you say the stretch on cross-overs is adequate, given the Arcadia's compact footprint? Finally, if it's not too personal of a question...how tall are you? Just asking to get an idea of size comparison of the machine and machine user. Thanks again.
@azuwhr5 ай бұрын
So I am 6 foot. I can do triceps push down no problem but usually I use my lat pull-down machine for it since it is taller. Like I said though doing them is fine. Crossover stuff is great in my opinion I get full range of motion. Thanks for watching
