Great entry foyer. Appealing reading nook. Lots of kitchen counter. Spacious laundry/mud room. Separate tub and shower in master bathroom. The garage is too small, and though there are spaces that could accommodate more storage, there is no pantry. But overall, this is a good plan!

I love the layout but if attached with the 2 car garage with kitchen so easy to load the stuff and 1 study room among the 3 bedroom, absolutely awesome!!!

Purely in the interests of constructive criticism. Very pleasant overall but 1.Put a door over the entry way coat closet. No one likes to see an open closet full of coat hangers facing into a formal decorative room. 2. Too many dividing walls around the lounge, dining kitchen area, creating a less expansive impression than a more open design would. This also creates a small unusable space alongside the kitchen benches that might be better utilised if more open to the dining - or at least not look quite so obviously like a dead space.

The plan is practical, but with one exception: the half bath directly off the living room lacks privacy. It could be accessed from the laundry room instead.

The general layout is functional, though I would have no need for an enormous wine cabinet! I'd use some of that space for bookcases, and I'd open that dining room more into the living room, which isn't large. There's acres of counter in the kitchen, and lots of cabinets, so I wouldn't need a pantry.

It's unfortunate that you blocked the view of the floor plan with promos of other videos.

Your video doesn't show if there are actually toilets in the bathrooms, in the laundry it shows an appliance that might be a washer or a dryer, it doesn't show both. The angle is too high. People want to see the features, not so much the walls.
