U can buy a plastic feed scoop and drill holes in it for 5 dollars

Have you tried doing this yourself ? I have a few times and its not as easy as it sounds, the holes have to be just the right size to get the sand to sieve, the ideal hole size is 14mm and that is some hole to drill, they also have to be fairly close together which makes life more difficult, the scoop in the video was $2,50 very cheap and which saves the messing around completely.

@@mrix I've made a few. I use a cone drill bit that drills up to 1/2 inch holes. Just smaller than a dime. The feed scoops are pretty thick plastic. Work great in my experience

Hello, it may need to be re-calibrated, If your Quest Scuba Tector is consistently beeping or making 5 beeps when it is first powered on, it needs to be recalibrated. To re-calibrate your new Scuba Tector please perform the following: Be sure there is no big metal interference around the Quest Scuba Tector. Power “ON” the Quest Scuba Tector. Power “OFF” and keep pressing the button and do not release until the LED lights are on. Move your finger away from the Power button. Two (2) beeps your re-calibration was successful. Five (5) beeps and your re-calibration was not successful. Repeat Steps 1-4 again till successful re-calibration.

I thought that IF you are showing tips for beginners/ YOU SHOULD USE A ENTRY LEVEL DETECTORS WHICH IS WHAT I HAVE,SO WATCHING YOU WITH THAT DETECTOR IS ONLY PROBABLY %50 info .? SO I'm still struggling; i.e. descriminator AND Auto tune please

the little tweeks might be buck shot from shotguns or fragments of old farm equipment when i have a loud sound i have often had on the screen LO do you know why please

I love my racer 2 use it all summer found some nice old coins using the notch filter this last summer. But i would reccomend the opposite for setting it up. Do your test as he did find numbers of items you want to locate. Then block out every thing except these numbers. I like to leave one exta number open on either end of my spectrum as size and shape my change a little cold coun wont hit the same as a gold ring good luck to all of us out their looking for our hoarde :)

@@neevisits2957 I think for the price the New Makro Nokta range of mini hoard machines are a good option, very light weight, waterproof to 1 metre with good depth performance, around the £100 mark.
