Many people mention that Rhode Island Reds ate somewhat nasty and mean. Yours seem quite tame....where do you purchase your chicks from?

@@kl1958 these are my friends chickens, they are pretty friendly compared to some others. They said they had gotten them at their local feed stores. If you play with them and give them treats at a young age they should be more calm and tame.

Qaib dib orange yellow wing tips r usually cowardly / qaib keeper. It lowers their class. Black or white wing tips only is real deal. Jungle fowl n qaib dib color is a joke. 😂

Thank you for this video! Oh, how I miss my Barred Rock chickens. I used to buy day old chicks from the feed mill, and by this time of the year they would be very active teenagers and already able to sex. Last year's clutch would always have a broody hen or two to raise this year's chicks. What an idyllic period of my life.

We used to let ours run together and they would duke it out daily. Every now and then they had to be split up and what's crazy is the little one would always win.

😆 same here, the orange one used to be the weaker rooster in the flock but one day he decided to challenge the other guy. Ever since they have been trying to fight each other every single day.
