Hi, i would would set up air pressure in between 1.5 and 2 bar for clear coat depending on the gun set up.

I royally fucked up a quarter panel using this paint. Followed all the steps to a tee and spent probably 12 hours prepping and got these huge canyon like cracks opening up... Here I was thinking autobarn's paint was a bit shit... I should have bit the bullet and got it from a autobody place (who's staff I hate) I've used other paint before with good results.

Sand , primer 2 times (5 minutes apart )and wait 40 min, sand with 800, paint 3 times (15 minutes apart)and wait 40 minutes , clear cote 3 times (20 minites apart )

@@Joox_02yes you have to if you don’t want it to look Matt and it also protects your paint because you can polish off the scratches on the clear coat

You need to use blending spray to get rid of the dry area on the outer edge of the clear coast that you can see on the right side of the door at the end of the video. This guy doesn't mention that.

Plastic can absorb some of the solvent based wax and grease remover which can then react with the paint, you should have stipulated a water based cleaner.

Ohhh my bad. I thought you meant spraying the paint in a form of sand blasting. In that case I don’t think plastic can be sandblasted but a separate KZfaq video my give you that answer if it hasn’t been answer a year later 😂

Can you please help me out here. I have achieved great result with repair and base coat however after applying the clear I am left with air bubbles. I knock it back and clear again same result. I have dusted the clear on and on the second attempt used a closer action same result. I will knock it back again and try the third time. Though before I do any tips to help eliminate the air bubbles in the clear please.?

Just as a last ditch attempt I may try to decanter the clear and run it through an airbrush. If I need to what psi would you reccomend?

use a light/medium primer, and sand down well. I find grey primer to be the best as it covers the black but also makes white pop more. or if you wanna be lazy, buy aircraft paint remover and start from scratch

There are many factors in doing a pro job. One resource I found that succeeds in merging these is the Magic Painter Method (check it out on google) definately the best info that I have ever heard of. Check out this awesome website.
