I agree on changing swing patterns before they start messing with the numbers too much. Like half the problem with most the 2 hands is they're not usable in tighter spots. You cant even swing bardiche in any of the underground rooms in the goblin caves without crouching or else it clips the ceiling. Halberd has a massive blind spot on the third swing that doesn't hit anything 99% of the time even though you can watch the shaft go through ppl. Id rather have reliability over number tweaks.

I worked on some private WoW servers for balancing the tuning on Ascension, a lot of the broken stuff eventually got tuned down. I did not get paid for this because i talked directly to devs and did testing for the new things with a group of 3 people, if anyone has a way to contact anyone i can talk to about helping with the balancing for this game id love to help i love this game quite a lot, been here since early access and id love to make this game better for me playing and everyone else, I loved making the ascension players smile when they see patch notes.

So bard players dont let this out but ill spill the beans, bard is super strong, rondel and rapier are both extremely strong, surv bow is insane, pdr bard build with jolly time, MS kite build, lute bonk build(meme but viable in under 125s)

People sweat 125+ GC so hard. It is where all the meta slavs are going to run their min/maxed builds. Going against someone in crypts or ice caves is an entire different experience. It's not that you will never find a sweat in those maps, but in GC I would say its almost a guarantee. I'm not sure why that map brings those kinds of players to it, but it can be pretty exhausting to have to keep running into meta non-stop in GC.

"298 move speed isn't that much" you're not at 100% movespeed so I'd say you're 100% right! Sounds like whoever was disagreeing loves getting kited by every ranger and every caster ever.

believe me when i tell you that these perks were already broken i dont play fighter much but i decided to play a little this wipe since everyone was saying it was sooo bad.. my current kit ive been using since before the patch was full plate, 60% pdr, and 101% move speed and im hitting max move speed in sprint. that same kit is now close to 103% move speed. that perk was already too strong and all the people complaining saying fighter was weak simply arent very good at this game and dont understand how the stat system works because ive sent this kit full ape mode into 1v2's against geared player, wizards and warlocks included and have not even got close to death without a massive misplay. swift was already really good and weapon mastery didnt need buffed, it literally already gives them access to weapons like the rondel that even with the penalty was to strong when paired with high pdr, same with multiple bows.

What if for the “scav” thing instead of controlling one mob you control 1 of the smaller modules. Make it to where that room has different color torches or something so that players know it’s a player controlled module. Make those modules have a higher loot odds or something and allow the “scav” player to activate abilities for those mobs such as randomly turning a mob into a nightmare variant so that they do a little animation or something and then get their hp back and turn into a harder mob if done right could add almost a strategy mini game into it cuz if you time out your ability’s right you could catch players off guard

I love and hate mordhau. I have gotten way more enjoyment from pvp in dark and darker, but there is something to be said about the depth of the melee in mordhau

I think the halberd has amazing potential if the user can skill their way past the sour-spot. It is cool to see Wilson running this build. It might be good to keep a one-hander in the inventory for chasing rangers. If a surv bow ranger can make space for 100 arrows, Wilson can make space to carry an arming sword (or hatchet, or short-sword)

Used to run dex build with halberd and the armour pen skill when I played fighter. Anything around 30% feels crazy with the halberd and with a bard it’s even crazier

And their matchmaking are as much of a joke as dark and darker matchmaking and the game is in early acess with a small ass team.
