Did you go to Kentucky? The Anthony Collins Cemetery? Lots of Collins in there from past 250+ years.

That's how we should treat illegal migrants in Italy who arrive by boats, in the arena for the fun of the people!

In Pula, Croatia (Istria) they have a historic union and a real Gladiator School (They were World Champions). In the Pula Amfitheater they show Gladiator fights, Roman Soldiers, Emperor Vespasian, Entertainment with fires, Acrobats etc a few times every year, from May to September. If youre interested about just look in the net for Pula Gladiators, Spectacula Antiqua Pula or else. The Arena is smaller and only one half is for public seats, noe Ships or Chariot races but its real cool, too. And in normal case there are 14 Gladiators fights each other inevery show, and after the show everyone is invited to go into the Arena and talk to the Gladiators, Fire Spitters, Legionaires and make pictures with them (no payment, use your own smartphone). Then you can see the real Helmets, Shields and Armor what is builded for to take REAL impact with real heavy iron weapons, so you see and feel the weight of REAL fighting armor, not this light and thin Deko Only stuff. In our Croatia Holidays we visit the Gladiators every time, and the show starts at Dawn and its incredible to be inside a "colloseum" when the sun fade, lamps, fire and the Gladiators fights each other...and the "Conferencier" explains interesting stuff, how the Arenas came from, who build the Stone Arena in Pula, about Vespasian, the strict Gladiator rules (yes, they had a referee and rules in fight), the Gladiators were announced by names when everybody enters the Arena in line with weapons and shields...on YT you find some Vids from Pula Gladiators, too.

And there was no single black man here😅, Italy have more blacks than any country
The boat looks great - it's what brought me here. The glass bottom is too scratched to allow for high-quality images.

There should be designated areas throughout the globe that present real Gladitorial accuracy’s down to the actual slaughter of people. No holds barred. Starved lions and tigers chasing, killing and ripping people apart. Unless of course the human kills the beasts first. Real gladiatorial games for whomever, and violent crime offenders. Real gladiatorial games.

That opener has an extreme amount of trust and rehearsal. Obviously they're not going to go full-bore with sharp swords and trampling, but it would be really easy to accidentally deliver an injurious blow or to get stepped on by the horse. I would imagine that the real historical events would have the horse being used as a weapon itself to run the guy down. The strange thing about this is that it makes you recognize and consider the true events involved actually cutting, slashing, stabbing, bludgeoning, trampling, kicking, biting, and all of the gore with it onto real people just like us. It's an interesting reminder that this new extreme aversion to violence is a very new value. Today, you get expelled from school or arrested for simply getting into a light physical altercation. Hell, a huge portion of the western world's population are traumatized by mean words or disagreement. While I don't really condone gross acts of grievous violence/murder by any means, this constant nerfing/sheltering of people's delicate sensibilities is weakening and killing us. We need to stop pretending that violence has no place/purpose, that everyone can avoid death by ignoring it, and that weakness is NOT a virtue. There are a lot of people who truly equate mean/disagreeable speech or expression to real physical violence. That's why you now find an abundance of lunatics who can't control their emotions try to physically attack someone else for somehow being upsetting. At the very least, we should incorporate some form(s) of martial arts into the educational curricula across the country. Either that, or we make every kid get punched in the face when they climb the academic tiers (elementary, middle, high school). That will help keep them grounded and learn (on even footing) that consequence is a real thing.
