For me the addition of a 2nd engine helped a bit. Allot actually when the boat is heavy loaded . The extra gas needed is significant.

With a bait that heavy, are you getting any benefit from the floatation, or is it just for bulk? I know with aquid bait you can use the floatation to make it look alive.
@brenzfishing

The benifit I get from it is keeping it suspended higher in the water column to avoid rays, this is why I use pool noodle as it has awesome buoyancy

CAN USE DOUBLE ROLLER SWIVELS . ALVEYS, USED THEM FOR FIFTY YEARS AND VERY REGULARLY YOU ONLY NEED TWO, SMALL AND MID SIZED. MOSTLY I JUST USED SMALL. LIGHTER. THEY ARE UNBREAKABLE, NO MOVING PARTS, ULTIMATE AND INSTANTLY VARIABLE DRAG, NO MAINTAINENCE, WINCH ANYTHING ANYWHERE. ONLY BUY ANOTHER IF LOST, STOLEN OR DROPPED DOWN A 300 FT CLIFF. THEY DONT SURVIVE THAT

What do you reckon the difference from this rig to the easy rig is in terms of line twists and hook ups?

Due to the structure of the rig and how it works line twist is eliminated
