I am on the Nevada team and had just started a month before the switch from EXP to LPT in July 2023 and I highly recommend it! Jen is amazing and if LPT comes to your state, you should at the very least check it out, you won't regret it.

Great job explaining this guys. LPT Realty is the only heavy-hitting relator who has a coder for a CEO. We are more then a brokerage, we are a software company. This is the big differentiator between us and the the competition.

To my knowledge they are Salaried and do not have downlines so their full attention is just on helping agents and not recruiting. Many came from exp where they did have large downlines so I’m suspecting we offer a strong value proposition for them.

To do an Apple to Apple comparison, you should have obtained the data of only those states where LPT operate. There’s no correlation otherwise and misleading to the viewer.

I literally address this directly in the video. You are correct in that LPT’s numbers probably would have been 10x higher than they were if we had been in all 50 states, but this is about as open and transparent as you could possibly find.

@@elevatedagents I do not know. However, EXP is a mature company; there is a higher likelihood LPT will look favorable due to its newness. Nonetheless, an apple-to-apple comparison would have been the way to go. FYI - I do not have a bone in this fight. Just browsing thru various cloud-based models, and bumped into your video.

Was at LPT for 8.5 months. Attracted 80 agents. Never got a rev share check! Went back to EXP. After my first month I got rev share payments from month 2 on! True story. If you want 100 percent commissions only LPT or any other 100% brokerage is a potential option. If you’re looking to grow a revenue share organization eXp is the hands down winner.

FACT- For the 98%-99% of agents at EXP that make less than 1k per month in Rev share would extremely benefit from saving over 10k in comp and will be more successful with this additional cash to fuel their business coupled with LPT’s marketing collateral! EXP grew by 4k agents in 2023 - that’s 80 agents per state if we were only considering the US and there’s a good chance the actual US agent count is dropping or negative. There is a ZERO percent chance of making money off of rev share if the company isn’t growing. It’s just a pipe dream and the memo is getting out. I feel sorry for the other awesome exp agents out there that have to work with internet trolls like this person!! It’s tacky and will backfire big time. There’s many a good agent at exp that I know and respect. And it’s not a one size fits all! Variety is healthy:)

BUT, if you can sell someone on Agent Attraction at a Brokerage that is losing more agents than they are gaining in many markets and entire states, you can sell anything I guess…Ninja selling if you will!
