Hahaha Yes it was just a little ‘short’ film me and my buddy made when we were born one day. That is awesome that you’re asking though! Lol

Awesome review! I have a question for you, maybe you will be able to help me out. I just purchased this field monitor and I too have a Canon t5i, I am having difficulties displaying the camera's built-in monitor and the field monitor simultaneously. Is this even a possibility? If anyone can help me out it would be GREATLY appreciated
@friffyfilms1943 жыл бұрын
Are you talking about how it doesn’t display full screen? Unfortunately no. I don’t think so. I think in the T5i’s firmware that is just how it displays unfortunately.
@AmirMUFTV4 жыл бұрын
Can you wash the green screen? And do you recommend this kit? I really like the entire video absolutely brilliant Pls if you can answer those questions. Thanks! 🙏
@friffyfilms1943 жыл бұрын
Yes I would! If you’re not going to be moving it around a lot. The parts are kind of cheap.. but if you are going to just kind of set it up and leave it, it works great! Might need more lighting depends on what you’re using. I love it and use it daily now,

Can you playback footage on the monitor after you shoot it ?
@friffyfilms1944 жыл бұрын
Yep! Can hear sounds out of speaker as well. Although speaker isn’t great, but it has a headphone jack!
@makasii4 жыл бұрын
you can do it quicker: highlight the frequency go to effects>Noise reduc>Noise Reduc (process) - on top left: click Capture Noise Print - Command A - Apply done 😉

Hi, Is possible to do audio monitoring with headphones? How Is the quality? Thanks!
@friffyfilms1944 жыл бұрын
Antonio Emmanuello Yes it has a headphone jack! The audio will sound as good as your headphones are! (Well and microphones) The internal speaker isn’t that loud, but with decent headphones it’s fine! Really depends on your headphones quality.

Does anyone know how to switch from AV to HDMI? On the monitor
@friffyfilms1944 жыл бұрын
Darn, I thought I had responded to this. I’m sure you figured it out by now? It typically automatically switches if you take cable out and plug back in. Or you simply go into the settings and switch output modes.

Hey duder, thanks a bunch! Check out and follow us on instagram as well and we'll follow you back! Yep, I believe so. Aside from the opening shot in the car which was probably on the iPhone 8Plus. All shot on Canon T5i. I am definitely going to be upgrading my camera soon. Though it's been fun to learn and it's really all about LIGHT! I've been using the same camera and even same lenses for the most part and it's pretty amazing what you can get when you use enough light. I finally agree with people when they say it's not ALL about the fancy gear. It's definitely a great camera to sort of get you learning manual settings and such. Thanks for watching! Stay in touch. -Andrew

@davysmith Sorry for the late response! Seriously thanks for watching! Unfortunately Amazon has deemed my channel not worthy thus far and has rejected to work with me through the associates program. So while I do not receive anything currently, it will hopefully look good to companies like that and help out in the future! Either way, glad to help and I appreciate the views and responses! Did you get it yet? How's it working out?

If you unscrew the light panels from the frame and flip the light and then re-screw you have much more room to tilt the lights down 👍🏼

Does it have false colors?
@friffyfilms1944 жыл бұрын
Yes at 3:30 I quickly go through them. At the time of shooting this video I wasn’t really sure what they were called, as I never really had a reason to use them. Looks like it goes through Red, Green, Blue, and then mono (or black and white)
@friffyfilms1944 жыл бұрын
What do you use the false color setting to check?

Curious your experience. Just bought this monitor and work ok when shooting still but starts to flicker and lose signal when shooting video on a Sony a6000.
@friffyfilms1944 жыл бұрын
Definitely haven’t had that issue. I would first check the cable. Make sure it’s plugged in all the way and switch out cable if need be. If you’re still getting the flickering I’d exchange or return it! But definitely haven’t had any flickering issues! That stinks! Let us know what you find out!
@imammarc4 жыл бұрын
@@friffyfilms194 Yeah I swapped out the cable and it still had an issue so I sent it back. Will look at a replacement. Thanks for the help!

SO...the "white light" would be the, "cooler" light, and the "yellow light," would be the "warmer" light. It's truly not a "yellow" light. A little too much animation, but the point was good. I have three of these 660's and use them a lot. Thanks for the review!
