I have had my bucket saver for a year now and it’s still brand new. Although I don’t let thin set sit in there because I only mix what I will use before it times out. So mine always get washed out. But it’s nice to know if I do leave it or forget… it won’t be a wasted bucket

If it were the price of 3-4 buckets I’d buy. It’s like buying ten buckets though. I’d rather have ten buckets

Bond is the composite action between the finite element and the structure. If it is marble and the wall in this case or mortar between bricks: BOND ACTION is CRITICAL!

How do you square it
@HowToTileLikeaPro27 күн бұрын
Rest the square against the tray, where you would place a piece of tile, then push it through close enough to the blade. If the gap between the blade and square is not consistent, adjust the saw until it is👍
@jonmoreno970326 күн бұрын
Sorry, I meant the blade shape , pointed or rounded blades always split tile as blade passes.

@jonmoreno9703 the quality of the blade makes tremendous difference, try getting a premium blade...the difference is mind blowing 🤯💯💯

one of my problems with single component grouts has been the ability to have full joints on rectified tile. I haven't tried prism scg yet and I assume its difficult to keep them full. Is that your experience with it so far?
@HowToTileLikeaProАй бұрын
I did have a little issue on a shower where the edge was showing the color of the porcelain, so I went over it the next day to make it fuller. Not sure if it was the tile or my method, but I'm getting used to working with this Grout. I hope i don't have that issue again, I'll post an update video in another month. But that was the only project I had an issue with, so hoping for the best, because the color consistency is unreal, gives me peace to not have discoloration issues 👍
