This has got to be the worst advice I have ever heard. The advice came down to find someone to complain to. First, your internship is only 3 months long, so if you don't like it, just do it and write what you want on your resume about it to make it sound good - and never go back. If you're not getting work, or work you wish to do, don't complain. Turn to someone where you wish to learn something and ask if they need help. If not, ask someone else if they need help. Someone will say yes. If you want to work at the company, make yourself useful. That's how you get recommendations. Remember, no one really cares what you want. They only care how you can help them.

At no point in your rambling, incoherent video were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this world is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Hi I am hoping my question can be answered. I am being let go because I was dishonest… I am regretful and sorry about my mistake. How do I convey this in a future job interview? It is something that I have learned from and will never ever do again, but now I am terrified that I won’t ever get hired again. Any advice is welcome

Such an obnoxious concept. Sometimes being in an elevator is the only quiet someone will get in a day & you're going to harass them? Not classy.

Context: im a finance major looking to bag an internship in the field. I was at this wedding and there was this senior consultant at Deutsche Bank asking if a particular cuisime item was good and me being in a tipsy and fun mood , i just went ahead n daid " its really good" but cut myself halfway in the sentence and said "oh you must try the item" looking deep in his eyes . I was wasted enough to not realise i almost sounded like Belfort from wolf of wall street cuz thats when the guy said to me " damn man now i really gotta try it , you sir are a really good salesman" then proceeded to say "shoot your elevator pitch , lets go" and thats where i realised ohh , why the heck do i not have a sales pitch ? And here i am trying to make one cuz boi am i realising that i might be blessed in terms of my mouth for someone working at such a senior position at such a renowned company to be impressed by my pitch which was not even intentional and just a whim of the moment 😂😂😂

I like how you also keep track of tasks / action items that might be blocking your team! Sign of a great manager to enable others success. Could you share how you organize your Asana board and to-do lists? I’d love a way to organize deliverables I am on the hook for and still keep track of what I owe to my teammates. Thank you!

📌,Great video😊. I started watching your videos last year as a beginner before giving stock and crypto market a trial. I was able to make $17,300 in one month with a capital of $4,000 trading with an experience expert who guided me through out my trading.

yeah investment is the key to sustaining your financial longevity but venturing into any legitimate Investment without a proper guidance of an expert can lead to a great loss too

Question, how do you pitch if that person enters the elevator is using headphones or is discussing with his/her partner/friends(if they enter the elevator with a friends)?

1. Introduce who you are: Name 2. Little Background: College/Major or Occupations/Firm's Name 3. Explain and Provide Context: context for ur school and firms (if they are not heard of) 4. Make the connection: Your objective (e.g. ask for investment) 5. Ask (e.g. internship, mentor...) 6. Close out

I believe that you should not ask for a raise because that can get you a NO for an answer. The correct question is what do I need to do to get a 10 percent raise? That will get you a lot of information, for one the work needed to get a 10 percent raise, you will also get to know what the workload required is and if its fair or not, and thirdly you will know what the company thinks of you. They might raise you immediately because you asked or they might say sorry, you will never get a raise cause you are already overpaid...and then you know NOW is the time to leave
