I have all my fuel lines new new filter and maintained on a regular basis. I also have an automatic fire extinguisher in the engine compartment. Thanks for the suggestion. Lots of debate on this topic. I found my solution.

@@nosnehnwahs there is nothing to debate here, this king of fuel filter are the first cause of fire in a bug, second are the original fuel pump when their menbrane are old and leak fuel directly in the engine oil and third, everyone who didn't put any collar on the fuel line. Put an automatic fire extinguisher is just a shitty solution to a problem you created simply because it'll work when fire are already here. If you really want this kind of fuel filter, you can put it under your fuel tank and it'll solve this problem.
