You made netflix proud with this garbage, every box is checked. Every Pc Ive built has been using ASUS products, but if you guys dont start treating your customers better, I wont buy anything else ASUS. Im not alone in this, you er losing customers bc of greed.

Quite honestly, even if there warranty service is lacking. What are the odds you’re going to need to service your product under warranty? If it’s going to fail, it’s likely going to be from the start in which case you just bring it back to the store. You can also get a house warranty. Of all the products I’ve purchased over the years I’ve filed 3 warranty claims. If it’s a quality product, your risk is pretty low. There’s always a what if, but if you take care of your devices you more than likely be fine

@@viciouslove9383 You can either ask others or learn their warranties, RMA procedures the hard way like most of us have. Just do a search, very basic search with Google using regular common non-technical terminology like "Asus Sucks", "Asus Warranty", "Asus RMA problems", "Asus nightmare", or anything else you can think of. Try KZfaq Reddit Gamer's Nexus Asus Jayztwocents Asus etc. Read for yourself. Don't listen to any one person's opinion INCLUDING MINE. Individuals bad mouthing Asus could be a disgruntled former employee or a customer who wanted something for free and didn't get it so they are out there trying to put out some bad press to get even. Do you own research.

There is a KZfaq video out where a guy sends in a device to Asus. Asus doesn't fix the problem, say he had to pay $300 to fix an issue that Asus did themselves or Asus would send it back unrepaired and unassembled Essentially $300 or you can't have your device back

this CPU "AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D" only supports max 128GB shown on AMD's website but the "ASUS ROG CROSSHAIR X670E HERO"motherboard supports max 192GB shown on ASUS website. how does that work? are there other AMD AM5 CPU's that support 192GB? can someone explain this to me?
