Does it mean keep it tight all the time when breathing in and out OR should i push my core out while breathing in and pull it in while breathing out?? Please please please please reply..

@@swatigupta2851 your back needs to be flat in ground , not curved. How to Engage Your Core While Lying Down 1. Lying on Your Back (Supine Position)Position: Lie flat on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Your arms should rest at your sides. Engagement:Relax your shoulders and neck.Slightly tuck your pelvis under by flattening your lower back against the mat or floor.Draw your belly button towards your spine.Feel the tightening around your midsection. Exercises:Pelvic Tilt:Lie on your back with knees bent.Engage your core and flatten your lower back against the floor.Hold for 5 seconds, then release. Repeat 10 times.

@@ArogyaPhysioTips I don't have pain at all. due to this hernia left side testicle has no blood supply it seems. due to right side hernia left side testicle got affected. initially got pain but with medicine pain also got reduced some 20 days ago. Doctors suggested to remove left testicle but I declined for it and taking rest for it. I feel like once hernia is cured automatically everything will set right.

Thank you for these, I hope they help. I just found out I'm pregnant (the 10th time) and I have a recurring umbilical hernia that is really bad many days. I don't feel comfortable getting any surgery near my stomach while pregnant.

Good evening madam , i just seen your video and I would like to inform you that I have inguinal Hernia since five months and I am taking precaution by taking homeopathy treatment for Constipation and any pain if any and i get my hernia checked by my family doctor. Is your TDS meter from which you are testing is calibrated ? Low cost TDS meter is mostly inaccurate and required friquently calibration.
