Ps, he said “without the next generation of workers, we have nothing” we are trying to promote our industry to get more ppl involved ❤
@norman-gregory Жыл бұрын
6:38 "Next generation of worker's you got nothing"...really? Well, many of you kiwis have have come in over the last 35 years. Taken over runs, and turned the industry from an Aussie feel, to listening to crap music in sheds. You just take over...the Aussie shearing teams are a bygone era. Well done Andrew Morrison and NGS for bringing in many over the years. It's no different than watching NRL... the White man is on the decline...Fact. Such a good industry, from penning up...to pressing, throwing a fleece and dragging a few out...from shearing to crutching, to having a good cook and maybe a "cold one" after the last run...these are the days.

Not sure what ya on bout mate. But I’m an Aussie and still many aussies dominate this game. We are united as one. Kiwi, Aussie, British, American, European who cares we are one family who need to stick together to keep our industry strong.

You people should stand up for yourselves and ask for money in this day and age. We are not in the 18oo's. My old saying,pay me peanuts and I will shear like a monkey. Cheers. I think I have said enough.cya .😭😁👍💪

Haha isn’t $5 at this pace enough? I’m doing low 90s here. So at this pace I make $1800 AU per day.

No worries mate, where are you from. You will have to come over the Wagga and show us how it’s done in May. It’s a lot harder than it looks. I’ve been doing it for 18yrs. This is called speedshearing mate, it started in Aussie in 1986 as a crowd pleasing pub event in Victoria and has now evolved to be 100s of the biggest competitions in the world.

Where were you then mate Should just keep your silly opinions to yourself and fill the pens up 😂 Sheepo boy lol

I am a 59 year old shearer and can shear a sheep in 40secs (full wool). People need to see speed shearing for what it is, a spectator sport. Well done guys.

That is hard work. Keep up the job guys. Make sure you treat the animal kindly which I think you all try to do and not allow for razor cuts on them. The animals look calm and not stressed.
