Another reason may be a vitamin deficiency. When I was badly anemic my hair feel out in handfuls. Also if you have hormonal imbalance,that can also affect hair. Taking certain types of medication affects hair Certain illnesses like thyroid issues affect hair

Update: So after using this shampoo a couple times, I’ve realized that it struggles to remove heavy build up. So it won’t work as well if you use heavy butters and oils and your hair is extremely dirty. I think it can be best used as a second shampoo after using a clarifying shampoo.

I used the blowdryer to stretch it but not straight. You can do heatless stretching or not stretch at all.
