not sure how clean the bread is given how they share the commonly used trays- just as dirty as the elevator button. and the cashier wiped the trays with the cloth...not sure if that's the front or back of the cloth all touched and then wiped onto the surface of the tray in contact with the bread. admire his spirit but has concerns about the hygiene
