I suffered enough. I was naturally compassionate and empathetic a healer at birth Now I'm dark, emotionless for the most, very unempathetic to most people I don't care about anyone. I have 1 wish this is all I ever had and it was unjustifiably absolutely sabbatoged and destroyed. I'm never going to be me again and I certainly don't understand why or how certain ppl consistently attacked until I was broken

I have read many spiritual teachers in the last 40 years but always come back to Thay as his words are like a medicine for,ills in the body,mind and spirit …I,like the lack of dogma and like it when a Buddhist mentions the Kingdom of God..I read a book of Thays Years ago when my life had problems and I felt very depressed and he said to me “ Where are you now my friend?”This helped me so much and still does.

Bringing children to a speech by Thich Nhat Hanh is the epitome of selfishness. You may as well drag your fingernails down a chalk board while he speaks. No one wants to hear your child's shrill voice interrupting a super chill speaker.

Thank you so much for sharing your heartfelt comment on my KZfaq channel. Your words touched me deeply. It's incredible how Thich Nhat Hanh's teachings have had such a profound impact on your life. Even without the presence of a biological mother or father, you have found solace and guidance in Thich Nhat Hanh's voice and teachings. It's beautiful how his wisdom and compassion have filled that void and provided you with a sense of comfort and belonging. Remember, you are never alone on this journey. Thich Nhat Hanh's teachings continue to resonate with you, reminding you to reconnect with yourself and find peace within. Your dedication to listening and practicing is truly inspiring. I am grateful to have played a small part in manifesting Thich Nhat Hanh's wisdom through my channel. Thank you for being a part of this community and for sharing your story. May you continue to find strength, love, and inner peace on your path. Keep listening, practicing, and nurturing the home within yourself. With deep gratitude, Believe In Yourself!

To live happily, start with understanding and loving yourself. Become emotionally independent and do not rely on others. Discover and explore your values, passions, and dreams. Trust in your abilities and create the life you truly desire. By doing so, you will create attraction and happiness in your own life and inspire those around you. Love this video.

On the journey to finding happiness, remember that true happiness does not come from comparing yourself to others. It comes from accepting and loving yourself, exploring and developing your inner potential, and creating a meaningful and purposeful life. Look within and create happiness from within, for we all deserve to live a happy and fulfilling life. Thanks for motivation video!

We can see the awarrness of the mind when peter denied jesus and heard the rooster and the rooster represents awarness / mindfulness
@Believeinyourself08119 ай бұрын
Indeed! Peter's denial of Jesus and the crowing of the rooster symbolize the importance of mindfulness and awareness. The rooster's crow served as a wake-up call, prompting Peter to recognize his actions and their consequences. It reminds us to be present, mindful, and conscious of our choices. By cultivating awareness, we can make more compassionate decisions and foster personal growth. Let us embrace mindfulness and awaken the power of awareness in our lives. Thank you for sharing this insightful perspective on the significance of Peter's denial and the crowing of the rooster. May we all strive to cultivate mindfulness and awaken the power of awareness in our own lives.

I think feeling understood is a deep need. When people, myself included, feel like someone really understands their feelings, it is satisfying and defenses relax. Being empty in the way Thay described is an attainment, I think which takes lots of practice. I would love to be able to fill myself with the energy of compassion 〰️🔆

Good question to ask yourself: What do I want in life ? Why do I want that ? (what are my deeper aspirations?). It may take time until an answer comes.
@Believeinyourself081110 ай бұрын
Sometimes, I don't even know what I truly want, what I want to do. Sometimes, we need to sit and delve deep within, to understand what our own desires are. Thank you for your comment! Have a good day!
