I think Turkey as a holiday destination is finished , pure greed charging £4/5 for a bottle of efes , £10 for a cocktail and £15/20 for a sub standard meal. The whole point of Turkey for holiday was guaranteed sun and cheap prices so it was no problem buying a few t shirts and a bag and the odd meal out. I cannot see British tourists putting up with terrible flight times , long transfers and rip off prices in bars it’s frankly not that great , Greece, Spain will be mopping up all the Turkey tourism next year.
