Just before I was conceived, but far away on the Wirral. History is one thing . But the time just before you existed is particularly haunting. In the early seventies a lot if that area still looked the same. I can just about remember it .

I've stayed here a few times, usually May and September, always 2 weeks at a time. It's a bit far out from the main strip and takes me about 30 mins to walk at a gentle pace.Ive always stayed in the hotel apartments part and not in the huts at the back.its a very quiet place and not full of guests when I've visited,it's self catering and the owner and staff are great.if you want peace and quiet then yes I would recommend here to stay.local Super Market and a few bars etc are 5 mins away.
