Great video. Thanks. I'm a professional animator and illustrator. This show guested me for their 2022 show. It was fun! Yes a 'smaller' show but everyone seemed very very excited and happy to be there. Sadly...I don't think they will be doing this show anymore. :( There was some very toxic fans that were causing a lot of trouble and they cancelled the show. Maybe permanently. I look forward to more of your videos. Maybe I'll see you guys at one in the future! Kinda funny...right now I'm actually packing for "Planet Comic Con" this weekend. lol. :D Cya

Thank you for sharing your experience! I am just starting to do cons and markets. I'm in Oklahoma so a lot of the places I'm vending at are also smaller cons, and I have noticed the same thing about people being so friendly and helpful, the networking has been great!

Yes! I've had the opportunity to do both large and small cons- both are great but it seems like at larger cons you just don't have the time to walk around and meet people, everyone is so busy! That's been my experience anyway. Smaller cons also tend to cost less, which is also a plus 🤣 thanks for watching!!

I did my first "drive into to setup" con with Anime Central last year, and I thought that was so wild! So true about the profits tending to be the same across large and "smaller" cons, especially with costs being factored in, but so worth it in terms of experience and the enjoyment of it. And as long as there is profit, it's worth it! I look forward to seeing your other con experiences!

My mind was blown when they wanted us to drive right in. I'm easily impressed 😂 The con was super fun! I've applied to a couple other bigger cons, just shooting my shot and seeing what works for me! Also planning on NebKon of course 😁
