Hello i watched a video you have about recording comedy and i bought the lav mic you recommended. I eas wondering what settings i should use because i dont really know anything about this kind of stuff

FYI just did this on my XT5, took about an hour and was a real pain - happy it's done but not sure if I'd do it again ... works the same as in the video but you need to apply a ton of force, ended up using a small flat head screwdriver to push against the tiny edge of the thing to push through, once its a bit out i used pliers to pull it out. good luck!

Wonderful points on candid event shoots. I'm really happy that you find the 18 1.4 so amazing and im sure it is. But is it worth more than double the price of the Sigma 16mm in your view? Really glad to hear your video experience with the 56 though. Will certainly not sell mine and I'll consider getting the 35 now.

9:05 loved the M5 too, especially for it's triple dials and portability. Just a joy to handle, despite it's imperfections and sadly never got the upgrade it deserved.

Great video! I too love the 35 for character. 😊 You said you were thinking about Sony. Well I picked up a7rv and it is awesome in many regards BUT I just don’t think the image is nearly as pleasing to my eye as my xt5. Shockingly clear but not as pleasing.

It is a very difficult focal length to do a street photography.

Whats a good lens adapter? To purchase if I’m gonna use my canon sigma lens to my pro 2 and XT4

I use two XT-3 bodies with the battery grips. I believe the build quality of the XT -3 is superior to the newer XT-5. I am fortunate to have numerous Fuji lenses & I have not been disappointed with the images that I am able to produce with this equipment.

This camera was ahead of it's time. Only weakness vs the newer model is IBIS and better battery.

I couldn’t believe it when I got my xh2s and couldn’t remove the ports door. As someone who shoots tethered 90% of the time, this is a real pain in the butt for me and I don’t know why they would make that as a design decision.

AF is still super valid. I will never sell it

I got my X-T3 in January 2020. It was a "barely used" one I stumbled upon. I think it was right at the time Fuji dropped the price to $999 new for the body. Mine came with the 18-55, extended grip, extra batteries and an extra charger. Everything was still in the box and wrapping inside. I still have and use it daily. It's such a durable body. Mine goes hiking and all over the place. I can't really say too much negative about it. The main reason I got it was performance for the price. Plus, I couldn't afford FF cameras or their lenses. Since then I've purchased two barely used Fuji lenses(XF56 v1.0 and XF90) at great prices through patient shopping and some luck! All-in-all it's a great camera that I'll be using for a while! Thanks for sharing your X-T3 story!!

I wish the X-H2s had the clickable dials from the X-T4. I do miss that part. Makes no sense.

Here is a better tip for getting the peak design anchors through the holes after removing the inside part. Use dental floss. It's hard to explain but there are videos on KZfaq showing how to do it. Essentially you put a piece of floss around the anchor cord and then thread the floss through the hole. Finally pull the floss and it will pull the anchor through the hole.

Hey everyone, just to let all know: I now use DR 400% 🫡 DR200% was good to manage your ISO. But with DR400, it raises your ISO quite high. To manage the noise, you must slightly overexpose your scene and then pull your shadows back in post. Thank me later ✌🏼
