no visual indication on a display is not an acceptable test for power, you need to use a meter that you have confirmed on another live circuit. there are specialized indicators that are rated for voltage confirmation but just a led numerical display is not

I think that there needs to be a CCS class more geared towards people with learning disorders like ADHD or autism, because there's a lot of differences in how we interact with working and are able to manage our time. Most of the things I've been "taught" so far have been things that don't apply very well to my situation. I don't doubt that they are helpful for others, but the lack of material designed more for people like me is a little tiring. The most helpful methods of time management I have learned have come from either living my life and adapting as I go, or from others with similar experiences, mostly other people with ADHD. I think it would benefit a lot of students if there was a CCS class taught by someone with knowledge and experience with learning disorders and ADHD, more geared towards helping those types of students.
