Tops were pretty easy to do after I learned what I did wrong the first time. Instead of 3-5 minutes of having the tray in your mouth, I did 6 to 8 minutes. And just in case u didn't know, send them pics of your impressions before you send them off so they can tell u if they look acceptable thar way you won't have to waste money on another impression kit

@@CrisisCrisis its ok Got em abit to tight so i gotta send it back to get adjusted, got some hate/laughs from people that I know. But screw em, they were all rich kids that got a chance to have braces, my teeth bother me and i can’t afford real veneers just yet. So its a good temporary solution. No chance ill be able to eat with them tho, way too weird. They also look natural/ real which is great. Jus abit too tight which hurt my teeth, they sent me a new fitting kit I just need to send it back so I get a new size.

Hello Sheetal , If your impressions are not accepted it doesn't mean that we are robbing your money :) There is literally thousands of customers on KZfaq and google that got their veneers . it simply means that the impressions are not accurate enough for fabricating a nice fitting veneer , We do supply our customers with a free video chat service to assist them in taking the impressions but we can't guarantee that it will be good enough (They are trying to assist you remotely via a video call ). Although they might say it looks okay in the video or a picture of the impressions you sent but the final decision is only done once the lab can receive the actual impression and inspect it . Sorry for your frustration but that's how the process for s custom veneer goes . If there is anything else we can help please let us know .

@@gunnersdaughter19 check your card with the trays, it says they offer a single remake not 3? It's very confusing to see such a different statement on the card that says you agree to these terms, when online they offer3. I was told they do 3 remakes via email but I ammended the card to state as per the online terms, I hoping for the best and logging allmy interactions, and experiences for a blog review, hopefully things move faster ( it's been 2 months and I've only just gotten my impression kit)

I ordered the impress kit and it came in the mail 3 days later! I have just been procrastinating because I don't get much quiet time having 2 young kids. I just realized this morning that I have all bottoms and no top trays so we will see what happens! I will be in great practice for the uppers once this is over with! Hahahaha.

They only sent bottom trays?
