Hi, there! Just stumbled on your video as it popped up in my feed. Guess what I've been watching all day! 😏 Is it... am I... weird that I love the way the blankets came out more than the target fabrics?? 😍 It's all really cool & beautiful! I've done more paper than fabrics, myself... & primarily leaves. I don't have access to many flowers. I'm still learning. But I can say, I've been surprised & fairly happy with all of my attempts.💖 Even the imperfect prints are beautiful, imo. Ty so much for all of your tips. Very helpful to us novices. I especially love that you recycle the packaging plastics!💗 I saved some HUGE, clear bags that came with a raised garden bed my son bought... Now I know why I saved them. 😁 I'll be watching more!🤩 Blessings from California.💚💚💚

What a nice tutorial ! Am going to experiment w the supranatent as the Sagebrush supranatent came out dark yellow, and again when strained off (after the Al and alk.). Maybe can try supranatent for dying fabrics. Was going to add borax solution to wood (supposed to help with pest./most fungus/fire) but will try if use in place of or with Alum for another Lake pigment

Thank you for the great video. I’m about to make my own pastels but I decided to use gum tragacanth. I was wondering if I could add a drop of linseed oil into my mix instead of using soap shavings?
